One morning while I was doing my bible study I came across this topic: “Do you see what he sees? Seeing our worth.” By the end of the chapter I was weeping from the inner core of my being. Have you ever wept so deep that you knew God was doing a deep work in your soul? God was exposing the lies that I was still believing that I wasn’t worthy of being healthy and having a healthy body.
He revealed to me that I was worthy of being healthy. I was worthy of knowing the right perspective of my body image. I was worthy of walking in divine health, body, mind, soul, and spirit.
“If you see that you are worthy, you will take care of the temple I gave you. You will see yourself as I see you. You are a precious gem. You are worthy to be loved. You are worthy of the abundant life I want to give you. You are worthy to be happy and full of joy. You are worthy of my healing. You are worthy of my goodness and my blessings.”
The scales started falling off me. I believed what God was showing me. I felt so free and full of joy. I was overwhelmed by God’s presence and love.
I made a promise to myself that whenever I started feeling unworthy, I would declare these truths over myself:
