Empowering Women

Good Morning Beauties,
"Empowering Women doesn't come from selfishness, but rather selflessness."
As I was pondering on this quote I can say I have several women in my life that have helped me with resources, cheered me on and more than many occasions have prayed for me and continue praying for me. I am blessed to have such women like this in my life, I hope I do the same for them.  In a world where women compete and compare themselves to one another is such a trap to spiral down into depression or jealousy which comes from being insecure about who you are. I can honestly say I have been guilty of both in the past, until I started accepting who God created me to be and believing who I am. I was always wishing I was genius like other women who's strengths were my weakness, but what I learned is that God created us different with our own unique gifts, talents and strengths so that we can compliment and help one another instead comparing and envying one another.
One thing I learned and that is this, if we have a hard time celebrating other women's gifts, talents and blessings it is because we don't know who we are and we are not using our own gifts, talents and strengths to help others.

My prayer is this, May we live a selfless life to empower those women in our personal life and sphere of influence. May we cheer them on and pray for them.

Empowering women is never selfish. There is nothing selfish about wanting to boost women's confidence and self-esteem. For so many years now, women have been a target of hate and injustice. We are seen as the weaker gender, even though there really is not one because all genders are equal. We empower women because we are selfless. We want to help other women to find their inner power and use it to be able to follow their dreams and achieve their goals.
